    Lubricating crossbow arrows...

I'm having quite a struggle pulling my crossbow arrows out of the practice blocks even when
using the screw-in pulling aid. It's a bit easier when rubbing a bit of oil on the shaft before
shooting but I would like to know what others use or do to address this problem please.
I'm shooting 360 fps so it must be quite a bit harder for those shooting higher fps setups.
Any input or advise would be greatly appreciated, thanks.

My suggestion would be to get a better target. I’m shooting right around 400fps and I pull the bolts out with two fingers. Even when only shooting ten feet.

my target is a yellow jacket crossbow bag.

Woody's arrow lube, or plain old ivory soap rubbed on will work quite well.

A little spit on the shaft seems to help in most cases.

Thanks, I'll give it a try. I bought a Yellow Jacket a couple of days ago but haven't had a chance to try it yet.
When I next get out I'll use my foam block for 40-50 yards, leaving the 30 yards for the Yellow Jacket for now.

I’m shooting a Excalibur 440 Bulldog. My problem is finding the arrows after shooting them.
