Less logging than normal occurring this year on most mainlines in 7-38 but will still be very heavy traffic on Finlay/Chunamon fsr from mackenzie side and north rd to germansen on fsj side. Not sure of current status of fuel availability at manson creek and germansen stores. No fuel Available in 7-38 itself.
lots and f First Nations use in area but never had any negative interactions. Roads will be rough due to lower logging activity so bring extra spare and patch kit.
If a tree falls in the woods....did I cut it down?
Roads can be rough so a slow trip with a camper. The heavy trucks make the road rough. lots of area in 738. Try to be mobile until you find a good area. Bring your own fuel unless you will be around germanson
I'd have a spare or 2 for every piece of rolling stock your taking up there. Take lots of gas, and go slow, no road maintenance means POT HOLES!!! If you were gonna replace tires on your riggin, do it before the trip! I spent lots of time up in that area north of Mackenzie and have changed many a tire, even had tires flown up! Good luck!!
