Port Alberni

I’m planning on going camping the weekend of June 21 at China Beach campground just out of Port Alberni what if any, are there openings for salmon fishing ?.

Sockeye will still be closed (likely the entire season).

Springs open for the 2 per day, 4 possession. You will have to run to Barkley Sound to get into them, but my Buddies that have been doing so have been doing quite well.

Rockfish etc are of course open.

And that is pretty well that.
