Tatogga lodge

Heard that Tatogga lodge is being leased for the season by Red Chris mine, and is not serving the general public. This means no cozy cabins, no Tattoga burger.... apparently they are no longer providing a float plane base for Alpine Lakes Air. So it’s not clear if or where there will be float plane service from Iskut.

This is the end of an era. I’ve had lots of good trips for more than 25 years that included a stop at Tatogga.

Wow ya thats a shame. Stopping in for a burger there was sure a nice treat.

We stayed at the Red Goat lodge a couple nights a few years ago when Tatogga was closed up for the season. I'd imagine they'll pick up a bit of the extra business.

I talked to Wendel from Alpine Lakes Air 3 days ago on this topic, they are fighting to maintain their services for the upcoming season. Red Chris does want them to not operate. If i hear anything i will update
