    Deer heart!

Found my 2019 deer heart in the freezer the other night! Well I cut it up for lunch today, yum!! Sliced it thin, breaded it in spiced up flour, egg drench, and rolled in crushed up cornflakes, fried to med rare! Dipped in Frank's sauce, I put that $hit on everything!! Nice treat for sure!!!!! the heart rarely makes the freezer! It's always a special meal after a kill. We do similar, slice it thin and season, into flour and fry it quick and hot. Excellent

Bonus find! I love the heart and liver, one of my favourite things cooked fresh in camp after downing something.

Cool, i've been looking for a new way to try it out as there is one still sitting in the freezer.

Don't mean to hijack but anyone keep the tongue? How do you prepare that?
