Found my 2019 deer heart in the freezer the other night! Well I cut it up for lunch today, yum!! Sliced it thin, breaded it in spiced up flour, egg drench, and rolled in crushed up cornflakes, fried to med rare! Dipped in Frank's sauce, I put that $hit on everything!! Nice treat for sure!!!!!
