I am in the market for a lightweight waterproof tarp as well. I have tried a few. Cheaper knock offs and when it really rains they leak.

I am looking at Kifaru, Seek Outside, and Bear Paw. Can anyone offer any insight or reviews on any of these brands?

I'm considering a Seek Outside pack because I see a lot of sense in having a waterproof pack so I have been doing a fair bit of research. Very high customer satisfaction on all their gear.

I have a Kifaru 6 man tipi and a Seek outside Cimmarron. Both companies have great service and both shelters have been awesome.

I am curious on real life experience with their tarps.

I have heard the Seek packs are underrated and worth a look.

Another vote for a sil tarp. Kifaru makes an awesome set up, especially the 2 man lightweight quick set up but expensive but they are good company to do business with.

I'm planning to get a Seek Outside Eolus for this purpose. https://seekoutside.com/eolus/ Not much heavier than a tarp (only 637grams with pegs/line) but could also make a decent two shelter for spike outs. It's too bad the CDN $ is so bad at the moment....
