What’s up with certain locals excavating and purposely blocking FSR’s?!
Will the ministry clear them?

Are you referring to someone who has a claim Or lease on an area?
i came across a Few in region 8 last year where a gentleman had dug up parts of the road leaving it only passable on foot then later filled it in later when he wanted to move his machinery in.
i met a provincial employee (not a C.O. Wish I could remember his title) there who was interested in the fact he had blocked the road and was back there looking for him, asked me if I had seen him.
Loggers do that to protect their equipment from vandals it’s a common practice
You can crap in one hand and wish in the other and see which one fills up first
No logging or claims/leases
I have seen it up in 3-32. One road was so dug up that I I found it easier bushwacking along side it. Not sure what the reason was as I have traveled that particular stretch for years. Definitely a piss off.
Maybe hunters trying to dissuade others?

^this. I’ll give you one guess.
Several locations, word will eventually get out.
Be good idea to pack a shovel or two if anyone’s going out in the bush.
Did you report it? Ministry won’t clear anything if they don’t know about it. Depends who has the tenure on the road whether they are ‘allowed’. It appears you know who it is by the sounds of it, likely not the permit holder on the road..., take some pics and report it to RAPP or call RAPP and report it to C&E 1 877-952-7277. During these times, I would try and call and talk to someone, I don’t have a lot of faith in the online reporting tools during covid and if anyone is reviewing them...
Digging now? Sounds like work. The usual routine is to bring in rocks for a barricade, although witty, they can be rolled off the road by a couple pissed off hunters.
