    Alpinestart - Meindl opinions

Has anyone dealt with Alpinestart Outfitters in Vancouver? I am in the market for a new boots (hiker/early season). They seem to be the premier Meindl dealer in the LML and state that they have a sales associate on site that has been selling Meindl's for 45 years. Wondering if anyone has dealt with this fella in person or perhaps has his contact info?

Anyone have anything negative to say about Meindls?

    Thanks

My friend has the Meindls Canadians I think is the model. There are the taller ones and he really likes them. I have the hanwags trapper tops also very good. He bought his Meindls from a store in Vernon maybe called fishers

My last pair of Meindl boots lasted 20 years. I can't say anything bad about them, but the fit has changed slightly on my new ones.

I have the Canada Pros and I love them. I have been hunting in them for years.

Canada Pros are awesome. No break in period for me and they last a long time
