Tickets could be purchased online at anytime.
One of my hunting partners won the Moose Caribou combo in the NWT. Couldn’t have gone to a more deserving bloke.

Good for your buddy. That’s going to be a fantastic hunt - I had a couple tickets purchased for the moose hunt too, it’s ok I’ll get it next year...
