    You know Nog, I feel for him. Do as I say, not as I do.
    But the other side of me thinks that if he is stupid enough to post a video of this on social media, maybe he should be charged.

    maybe they will also charge him for feeding wildlife......he was holding fish in a net and the Sea Lions were feeding......so much for being allowed to defend your property and lively hood

    Don't they sell seal bombs at commercial fishing shops? I though seal bombs were standard practice?

    I thought seal bombs were a less lethal ,method of deterring sea lions. I guess commercial fishermen will have to discreetly go back to the old method.

    Let's make it illegal to post videos of legal activities that anyone else thinks is dumb.

    I hope they shut the whole herring fishery down! They set a 20% take every year, and every year the commercial fishermen take is over. Next year same thing. The stock is dropping every year, and the next thing you know the herring guys will be wanting federal money cuz there's no fish left...... sound familiar!!!
