I just called Kifaru with a question I had regarding a tarp I bought.
The phone rang maybe twice, someone that spoke fluent english answered the phone and within 30 seconds my question was answered and I was on my way.
Not too often you get service like that these days.
My pack has been to hell and back. Consistent heavy loads year after year. I was going over my gear On the weekend and noticed the tiniest rip on my waist belt. After the amount of abuse it’s been thru I can’t really complain, the pack has never let me down and that over time it was just typical wear and tear. I called Kifaru on Monday to order a new waist belt. They asked if I could send a pic of the tear. So I did. No questions asked, they sent me a new belt under warranty, which I was not expecting. Will be here tomorrow. 4 days. Awesome company. Awesome people. Amazing gear. I would never buy any other pack than a Kifaru. There sleeping bag is awesome too.
