Scope for 17wsm

I am considering purchasing a 17wsm. I am a HUGE 17hmr fan. I shoot a great many rounds of 17hmr per year. I am considering getting a Savage Bmag except if there are different proposals for a rifle out there. So I'm looking for a 17 WSM scope that has mil-dots and 200-300 yards which might be easly mounted.

A lot would depend on what your budget is looking like, but I just started running a 3-9x40 vx freedom rimfire on my CZ 17hmr and it's working out nicely. It has 1 MOA hash marks on the lower leg of the reticle to range out. At 9 power I'm about halfway down the hash marks (12 of 25) at 300yds. I still gotta map out the distances/marks in between, but I can do that in a prairie dog field once they start popping up.
