I was wondering what sort of training people to for archery. I am trying to improve my strength so I can be able to hold my bow at full draw. I’m 64 years of age and want to be able to hold my bow at full draw to prevent arm fatigue. I pull 60 lbs and bow is set at lowest poundage. Not interested in a new bow. Thanks.
You could get a rowing machine or a set of those rubber bands that people use for rowing and/or shoulder exercises... push ups also help bench press ect.
Look up Twelves Fitness on youtube. He's a member on here and a personal trainer. He made an archery specific workout video a while back, might have some good tips in there for you.
