Naw, my falling partner and I built that pad this summer east of Revelstoke. I've seen one of Butler's videos, he works in some pretty amazing country as well.

The other pics are northern BC and the Yukon.

Camera... I'll dig up a couple more of that particular bear. It had zero respect for vehicles or humans.

That bear definitely had a "You're dead to me" attitude about him. I left the vehicle running and in gear as he approached us.

After he ambled off we watched him stalk and then put the run on a Dall sheep lamb. When that didn't work out, he just carried on up and old trail on the mountain side.

That must have been something seeing him chase the lamb!

I seen a monster last month in region 8 when I was heading back from a spot to the truck at last light, passed counting tines light, he was huge he must have heard my calls. Then drive down the road and around the switchback and see a cow and calve Moose was a cool day!

It was interesting to see, for sure, but eerie at the same time. He basically ambled up the road kinda parallel to the ewe and lamb, pretending he couldn't care less. Then when he thought he might have a chance he kicked it into high gear. The sheep just bailed down into some nasty cliffs and boulder rock. The bear just went back to ambling along the old road. True opportunist.

My wife was freaking out inside the vehicle, up until it was obvious the bear lost his opportunity.

Hahaha no doubt, in every sense of the word.

When I bumped into him it was definitely a weird feeling knowing that he was obviously listening to my Elk calls and on his way up. He had long legs looked like a super strong Grizz small ears and his tail was almost inverted he was big, good thing he took off down hill I also killed a Wolf there last month
