We kind of screwed up here. The ducks were interested in the decoys, but we didn't open up the water. So they didn't really have a place to land. After I did stomp through there to break up the ice, we didn't have anymore ducks come in.

I'm really picky about who I take to which spots... however a couple friends stumbled upon one of my areas
We had blue skies, wind that wouldn't make up it's mind which way to go, cold, warmth... seen one porch buck and one buck that could barely be considered a 2 point and a bunch of girls. Still a little early yet.
