Freezer is usually full of elk meat. Not the case lately, so I was allowed to go deer hunting for once.
The buck was skirting a timbered edge, following a couple does. I closed the distance, took a solid rest and the crosshairs found their happy place.
Hopefully I get to kill another before 2031, it was kinda fun
