    Hmong style sausage

    These are a tasty treat.
    Step 1 shoot a deer or other critter.

    Step2 grind it up

    Step 3 prep your hog cases I purchased at save on foods . One bag does about 20lbs
    step 4 prep all your fresh ingredients,garlic /ginger / sarano chillies,basil,fish sauce ,cilantro and more.
    step5 mix all your yummy with meat
    step6 stuff sausages.

    this is just a recipe I found on the web and it’s quite good.

    This is what I started with I added fresh basil . Did the math for my 30 lbs of meat . 20 lbs venison 10 lb pork belly is what I used.
