Placed an order to purchase from them a few years back and was jerked around saying “it’s not here yet, try back in a couple weeks”. My 10 day order turned into 3 months, so I went to another shop for purchase.(which only took a week) Never will buy from them again. (Not Browning)

My whole family dealt with the original owners, Art and Dick, even becoming friends and neighbours
up at Bridge Lake with Art. Because of our patronage, we often got good deals...not so with Wanstall.
Had such a poor attitude we all never continued our business with that store...mind you, that was many
years ago.
Hmmm only one dealing with Wanstall..not good at all...never again.

I’ve had good service the handful of times I’ve gone there. But I popped in when I’m working near Maple Ridge. Not any online dealings.
might be the way you phrased your original question. For myself and my brother we’ve always had great customer service from Wanstalls, and for browning concerns I’ve only gone to reliable gun because they were the listed browning repair center and they were also great, but that’s not what you were asking
