    Full moon the night before and the deer seem to be active mid afternoon the next day..

    When the rut is on, it is on.
    When a Doe is truly in heat, the action can be wild out there...ALL DAY LONG!
    It's those many days in between cycles that can make finding a buck more difficult, as I find they can go bed in some thick crap til nightfall,
    then move during the night etc, and long distances from day to day.
    But, when it is perfect timing, and Does are in Heat, and you are in the right place at the right time, it can be a circus of fun,
    regardless of moon or weather that day or 2!!
