    I guess it would be better to stay charges if the outcome wasn't looking good than to lose and set further legal precedent. Disappointing...

    maybe if these cases didn't go 5+ years they'd be able to accomplish something

    Hell, even the case against the white hunter who shot the #1 Dall in BC, that turned out to have been shot in Yukon, also went over 5 years and the judge eventually dismissed the whole thing.

    many years ago port alb.. 100$ gives ya deer skinned gutted delivered to ya door...by some ..i cant say..people..any time of the year..fast reliable service....like pizza or pot today.. i didnt buy.

    hmmmmm….Is all I can say at this point as I am so dumbfounded that I have lost words to express how I feel.

    My feeling is that that's why charges were stayed rather than allowed to go to a hearing that may not gave gone in the prosecution's favor, thereby setting precedent. I think stayed charges are considered better than charges not upheld via a hearing.
