    Clinton tips, suggestions and cautions

One of my long term hunting partners has got our crew permission to hunt on a hobby ranch west of Clinton:
I am putting out the feelers for any information on tips, suggestions, cautions or any other information our community can provide.
I plan on hunting anything in season

Watch out for Soosy in the local saloon, she belongs to bad man Jose.
Come a little bit closer , your my kind of man
    so big and so strong,
    I'm all alone,
and the nights are so long.
ps. don't shoot the moose with the saddle on.

Nope, she’s real, beware. Seriously though, I’d be looking around Cougar Point. Was a good area years ago when I lived there.

She he will tell you your passionate, passing the liquor store!
I like drinking beer and whiskey, shooting guns, jetboating, love a nice rack and a tight line, I am simply a sophisticated redneck...

Also, don't sit in the last stool at the bar, that one is Charlie's and he has been sitting there for 45 years.

Hmmm with the unseasonably cold weather, and almost continuous rain since June..Clinton this time of year should be a reasonably good bet.
as has been noted Cougar point is historically good for Cali sheep and big deer.
I like the aspect of a small ranch in the area..alphalpha crops are natural stampede locations 15 minutes prior to dark.
I would be pressing on towards the breaks of the mighty Fraser river...still damn fine deer to be had both body..and rack...
