Would anyone like to join me this weekend for some Cowichan duck hunting? Or, could I join you on your hunt?
It will be my retrievers first hunt and Id like to focus on handling her while someone else takes on the burden of doing the shooting. She has training and is a Junior Hunter level dog so I dont expext perfection but want her first hunt to be enjoyable and controlled.
Tides on opening day are ok for an afternoon shoot. I also plan on heading out on the 14th for a morning shoot.
I have decoys, layout blinds, johnboat, ......... my hunting style is calling birds in for close shooting "Im not into skybusting"
