I do .... I use the Rust - Oleum Never Wet .... Home Depot has it ... Mystery Ranch recommends it for their packs ... and talk of it on the Rokslide forum .... word of caution ... do it outside ... it has a strong initial odour .. and not cheap .... but it’s awesome ... spray down my Alps / Mystery Ranch packs .... but well before the season I spray Scotch guard over them ... let dry ... then the Never Wet .... after 24hrs the odour will disappear and you’ll be good to go .... give er try.

Woods or Escort, Silicone waterproofing Canadian Tire has it in stock most often.

I picked up a pack cover for my Tatonka pack. It is made out of the same material as a siltarp. It has elastic around the perimeter and it fully covers the pack. It comes in its own little stuff sack and weighs next to nothing. It has been a good alternative to waterproofing sprays.

    I have a pack cover.
    And use dry bags.
    And use nikwax spray.

I hate my stuff being wet.

I bought a seek outside pack. It’s not seam sealed yet, and has a zipper. But in most rainfalls everything stays dry. If I dunked it, or was in excessive heavy rain things may start to get wet. I still always keep my camp in a dry bag, even if it’s notneeded.
