Does anybody have experience on the October bison hunt in 7-57b?

Curious if anybody has drawn this tag (second half of Oct.) and if they have any advice for us. We're going to do 2 scouting trips prior to the hunt but could use some information on where to start, some access points, what the bison might be doing this time of year etc. Anything helps! We're travelling from the Okanagan area so I'm trying to gather as much info ahead of time as I can to make the scouting trips as efficient as possible. Feel free to PM me if you've had experience in this area.
