So many stories and possibilities made up by people on here, it was the simplest explanation of all, they should just push them in to the river with a stick and be done with them.

They were found only 8 km from the vehicle that was found burning on July 22. So could have been dead for over 2 weeks.

Well, seems like the Mounties got there Man.
However, Just as important is the RCMP can Proof beyond a reasonable Doubt the 2 Fugitives where in Fact the Killers of the 2 Victims on the Alaska Highway and also the single Fellow Murdered off the Highway 37. If not there still could be another Murderer out there.
Interesting enough the 2 Alberni Guys did exactly what I had expected (my Post 24. July) and took a Boat on the Nelson River. If the Coppers would have a Recon Unit deployed on the Nelson River up & downstream immediately after the found the Burned out SUV they probably would have been able to capture them alive.
