I'd say 1 is not legal, but the other 3 are legal, since a spike fork bull moose has two points or less on one antler and those antlers all on each of those moose's RHS all are antlers that have zero points...

This thread has me re-thinking some of what I thought "I knew". I always thought that a moose with a broken off antler would be considered a 2 point bull, but I didn't give it any thought at what point the break was. Longer than thicker is the rule. Thanks forums...

    1. Looks legal but pic angle kinda blurs what looks like a 5th point.
    2. Need a better look but likely a pass.
    3. Nope let him walk.

How old is this deer? He qualifies with visible bone but calf is not legal (under a year). At least that's my take on it...

Interesting question with interesting comment. Can you site your reference to this rule?

Buck or Bull - with reference to deer, moose
or elk means one bearing visible bony antlers,
but does not include a calf; with reference to
caribou means a male bearing visible bony
antlers, but does not include a calf.

Calf - means a moose, elk or caribou less than
    twelve (12) months of age.
