    LEGAL or ILLEGAL: A thread to sharpen each other through debate.

    Hi Guys and Gals. A different forum on spike/fork moose that seemed to be quite an easy question turned out to be quite the opposite. That got me thinking; we can better help each other and sharpen each other by openly (AND RESPECTFULLY) debate the legalities/illegalities of the synopsis. If we can ALL stay respectful, I believe that this thread could quite possibly help many hunters out and possibly make a significant difference in our decision making while we hunt. Pictures will be VERY welcome. I'll start us off....

    Would be a 3 point regardless of Basel burr based off the protrusion occurring in the lower 1/3 of the Antler. My understanding from the information provided is that a tine must occur in the top 2/3’rds of an Antler for it to be considered a “Tine”
