Current info on 3-16e goat?

I was lucky enough to draw this tag again. I have hunted the area before and my partner has hunted it several times now and seen goats but havent been successful yet. I'm planning on doing several scouting trips to check out some new basins in hopes of locking down a good Billy for opener. Just throwing this out there to see if anyone is willing to share some up to date info on access or areas. I may have some valuable experience to trade!
