    LEH mountain goat 434 C sep 10-nov 30

    Hello guys

I have been lucky enough to get a tag for goat near golden bc
I hear it snows lots in that area, so I plan on heading out a few days before opener.
Looking at maps, I can see good access from FSR’S, I’m just wondering if anyone has experience in this area.
    Also some gear advice
I appreciate any help and happy hunting everyone
    thanks
    sal

Well after soon research, I contacted local wildlife biologist, they sent the latest survey. Odds not so good, on average 1 goat a year out of this unit. As for road access, I was given ministry of forest contact information will ask to talk to road engineer. I bought maps of area. Started training with all gear I’m taking on hunt.

Conrad Creek draining Conrad Glacier. Bobby Burns CMH has a via ferata there. A placier miner has a quad road built from the FSR to the back of the basin, I saw lots of goats last time I was there....GO

i've hunted goats in 4-34C a few years back.
watched a dozen goats for a day and a half across a valley.
the day i went up after them....i ran into momma grizz and her cubs (25 yards) in the middle of a drainage....story in it's self, lol.
shoot me a PM and i'll try to help ya out as much as i can!

*face palm* yeah I am aware of that. The OP can conduct his own due diligence, I have huned 4-34 B successfully multiple times and am fairly certain the spot I mentioned is inside 4-34 C.
