As a new hunter it is disappointing and discouraging to see groups of hunters put in for multiple draws and not get a single one. THEN you see other people who get 3 or 4 to themselves or people who get them for many years in a row. Kinda silly that it can't be spread out more... 0/16 for our group this time. Good luck to the people who did get some.

Got a group moose (2) in 5-01. No elk though for any of our hunting group.

Definitely got lucky this year. I pulled a region 8 sheep, January bison, and region 6 goat. You put in for each species thinking you’ll be lucky to get one. Just hoping I can manage all the time off, as I would feel terrible burning a tag that someone else had applied for. Would love the option to forfeit an authorization and have it available to someone else applying.
