There are now Chinese knock offs available of some best brand optics. Apparently they look exactly like the top brands we are after. A buddy in FSJ has warned me about these as he’s physically seen a perfect knockoff. He knows I’m always on the watch for a good buy and asked me to be careful. Something for us all to be aware of. Has anyone come across some of these?

Mine came from a very reputable german fella who is knows Omer etc. I did my homework. If you are buying high end secound hand then not only read the trader rating, do more homework especially if the deal is too good to be true. Looking at top end gear of any type I expect to pay top price if it is "as new" . If a new replacement is say 2699$ plus tax and delivery but you can get the as new delivered half price you need to be very cautious.
