Pleased with Leupold warranty

Last season I bought second hand binoculars 10x50 BX-2 Tioga HD. Sometime near the end of the season I noticed the right eye cup was cracked - I'm guessing I pulled too hard on the cups a few times or maybe whacked them with my rifle somehow. Maybe that's why the guy sold them to me for the low price. Regardless, last week I finally got around to sending them in to the Okotoks branch and today brand new ones arrived complete package in the heat shrinked wrap.

Fresh binocs just in time for Spring Bear.

I'll be sticking with Leupold products for a while.

I sent a Leupold 4.5-14x40 with a Korth installed turret to them a week ago as My brother overspun the turret, I asked to have it changed to a straight MOA zero stop dial and I got a call Tuesday with a bill for 50.00 shipping included all done.
Pretty hard to complain about that service.
