Totally slipped my mind... but it’s everyone else’s fault. Especially the government.


how come BC does their draws so late compared to other places? Would sure be nice to have LEH results by April so a guy has time to plan / re plan hunts based on draw results. All my longer hunts are already planned for 2021.

I've always wondered the same. Getting results in late June doesn't leave much time for guys who may be heading out early August to change/make plans.

It will be interesting to see what COVID restrictions there are come August for those trying to get into 6:29 via AK or the Yukon...

I suspect it will wind up being like last year - the land border will still be open, and as long as you can show you're not staying in the territory for more than 24hrs you'll be fine. If you're taking a float plane from Whitehorse you'll just have to ensure you've got everything lined up to account for that. Not sure what would happen in the event of a weather delay...

Even going into Yukon is 14 day self isolation in Whitehorse right now. I sure hope it changes by August.

Should be good odds this year for there is so many that are against LEH that they should not be applying
and if they do I guess what they say really means nothing.
