Adding Molle Webbing to Mystery Ranch Marshall

I recently picked up a Mystery Ranch Marshall with the guide light frame. The waist belt has no molle webbing on it. I dont think I want to give up my kifaru gun bearer and on my current pack set-up it uses molle. Wondering if anyone has any modification suggestions for the waist belt to make this work. I don't sew but from looking at the belt im not sure that I can add molle to it because there is a plastic under the outer material of the waist belt............

I have the MR Metcalf. The Kifaru Universal Gun Bearer velcros around the Waist Belt.

I didn't realize they had a universal one as well as the reg. Doesn't slide around? I'll have to check this out. thanks..

I made the mistake of ordering the Kifaru Molle version and not the Universal Gun Bearer for my MR Metcalf.
I used a couple of straps I had kicking around to make it work. One around the waist belt and one around the plastic frame insert of the waistbelt further back near the pack.
