Need to get a new pair of hiking boots as the old ones sole/toe cap came apart - not worth repairing. Just wondering what the best shop to get a new pair is in the lower mainland area? No shoe brand loyalty - just need something durable that fits well. Good customer service and knowledgeable staff would be the main things I'm looking for.
Don't like ordering clothes/shoes online so need to find a good shop - any recommendations appreciated!

Have been in there before, sadly nothing in the way of hiking boots...had CSA workboots and city/motorcycle boots
Hopefully not too limited. I see that there is a location in Vancouver as well - probably equal distance from my place - do you know which location has more options?

Do the walk between Main and Cambie on Broadway in Vancouver... Valhalla Pure, ECO Outdoors, MEC (although some don't like their politics), FjallRaven (carries HanWag), I think there's one or two more.
