Swarovski Bino Service Review

Don't want to hijack the thread but I want to send in mine Swarovski 10 x 32 just for a cleaning and service nothing wrong with them is it worth it sending them in what do you think they will do to them

Basically that's all I expected Swarovski to do for me. A deep cleaning and replace any worn parts.
They came back with that accomplished. RB

This is where I started when I contacted Swarovski.
They emailed me after I sent in this form filling all the blanks and describing what I needed done.
I just told them i needed my binos sent in for a service.
Sorry for the delayed response I haven't checked this thread lately. RB
