    Binocular Harness

    Hi All,

I'm looking into different bino harnesses and have settled on one from Alaskan Guide Creations. Has anyone had good/bad experiences? Also, curious if the bigger harness gives anyone problems while wearing a backpack?

    Cheers.

I like the Alaskan Guide Creations product, but decided on badlands due to the magnetic closure.. early season hunts while on a quad can be dusty and I have had dust get into bino harnesses before. the Badlands is completely sealed and blocks out everything.

I use a Vortex bino harness.

My buddies all use different brands and seem happy. With any of the major ones, it's gonna do the trick.

I had one and didnt like it at all, way too big and cumbersome, yes it was a pain in the ass with a pack on. depending on how big your binos are, id go with badlands or the kuiu

Alaska Guide Kodiak w/ Max pocket, great harness, no issues with a backpack on.

Best thing I ever bought was my Badlands Case (cant remember the version off hand).
Has been great, and customer service is great when I needed something for my monster pack.

I’ve owned most harnesses lol... the one made Mystety Ranch is my favourite. Great functions and the most comfortable I’ve used.

My AGC is awesome. Full closure so NOTHING gets inside to dirty the binos. Zero interference with my backpack, the only modification that I will be making is changing out the buckles to AutoLocks as they can slip. If ordering from AGC directly they will swap out the buckles before shipping.

What would you say your hunting style is? I think a lot depends on that. Like bowhunting/stand/stalk/multiday backpack trips etc.
