They actually do! Good eyes! That's how they're listed in the Archives. Hmm...

Some really nice animals in the pics and no premium ammo, high end expensive optics and fancy clothes to get them, funny how people’s mentality changed to thinking you NEED fancy expensive accessories to be successful.

Good luck finding quality wool or leather gear these days! Nobody wants basic anymore. That’s why you can’t get a 4x4 without heated everything and hill descent mode etc etc. Used to be if you wanted to descend a hill, you put your foot on the brakes!

I've always enjoyed reading the story of Bella Twin who killed a huge grizzly with a .22 rifle.

I also love the fact that she just kept reloading and shooting until she had no more ammo left. Pretty smart!

If an animal is going to die so that I might live, the least I can do is perform the unsavoury deed myself.

Great ol' photos, seems like such a simplier time when there wasnt a ton of rules and regs, and people had enough common sense to only take from nature what they actually needed.
Firearms and fishing rods, my idea of a good time!

I like this age-old shot placement debate picture.

"It's best to shoot them here." "No, it's best to shoot them here"

This debate never gets old. LOL.

I have no official knowlege as these were just some photos we scanned from my wife's grandmother's photo album. I would guess it is a WW2 military rifle customized for hunting.
