Anyone have a good soup recipe using moose burger that feeds 12? Need a big batch for hunt camp. Any other good ones without moose burger welcomed also. Cheers!!

Twas my Lady's Birthday yesterday & she requested one of our Favorites - Fondue!

Lamb, Chicken, Beef tenderloin, Pork tenderloin, Whitetail tenderloin and the usual veggie mix:



Coupled with an Uber Fine French Merlot, and of course chowed down under candlelight:



Heck of a fine way to Celebrate!

Spare Gooses from the Air Fryer.
Basmati topped with our own Garlic and Fresh Chanterelles!!



Simply doesn't get much better!

Visited an old Friend in Merritt while working up there this past week.
He owns & operates Custom Butchering from the store aptly named "The Local Butcher".
Had him cut me a couple HUGE 1.5 inch thick Ribeye steaks to take home.

Had one of them on the BarBeee just last night:



Served up with twice baked taters, fresh corn and an uber fine Shiraz:



Beyond Awesome!!

Slow roasted for just one hour, then let stand for 15 minutes or so:



Served up with Brussels and a very fine Merlot:
