Cool Re: Wild game Dinners 2018/2019

Tried a new-to-us version on Brussels Sprouts last night.
Simple actually - smother with olive oil, toss on a baking pan, add a bunch of thin sliced garlic over them, then cover with fresh grated Parmesan.

Burn at 400 for 20 minutes, add a little more Parmesan and heat just long enough to melt that:

Actually caramelizes the sprouts & garlic.
    Awesome!

    Cheers,

Decided to try out that Greek Lamb recipe on a shoulder from this fall's archery whitetail buck:

At least as good as the lamb was! That recipe is a WINNER!
Many Thanks to the SRUPP Family!

We took the leftovers from that whitetail shoulder and made a stir-fry with it last night.
Used the accompanying sauce for the stir fry as well.

    It turned out AWESOME!

That recipe is very VERY useful & versatile!

Many Thanks to Chief Polar Bear!

Looking Right Forward to that one my Friend!

As for the sea lions, I'd hazard a guess neither of us will ever find out...
