    Damn,I am all out of eggs and the chickens haven't been laying. I have a bunch of asparagus and would have maid some hollandaise to go with it!

    Fire pit Kabobs with grilled onions, baked beans and dogs for the kids. Great way to make a meal!

    Marinated overnight in balsamic vinegar, olive oil, black pepper, garlic, rosemary and onions, brought to 150 in the oven then seared at high heat with garlic butter...bear is basically inedible though right?

    We lost the only Chinese restaurant in town last year. It wasn't as good as hitting Chinatown or Richmond, but it was ours

    Felt like a little chow mein today so I subbed in moose for the mystery meat
