    Well here's our batch from our first time pressure canning fish. Thanks again to all who commented on my thread when we had some jars that initially didn't seal.. the second time around, they all sealed just fine..

    Along with some good family friends of ours, we made some mule deer summer sausage this past winter, turned out really good...put some on a bagel with egg and cheese last night, so damn good..
