    Vedder river. There is one behind "on the way" store and a better one further up the road behind "Thompson park".

    Both are easy to find as there are obvious trails leading to them from the parking lot.

    Thompson park is a better one and it's quite close to the road so a younger kid can walk to it easy.

    Forgot to add .... you can see freshly cut trees there all the time, but I have yet to see a beaver during the day in all my years fishing those spots (15+). They are nocturnal so I wouldnt count on seeing one

    Yes, there are beavers around there. Last year I saw one on the foreshore of all places and found a dead one on the flats at low tide.
