Killed a nice 3x3 BT right at dusk this evening. Bunch of does led him right to me! Treestand 25 yard double lung pass through, trotted 25 yards and fell over. Took about 20 seconds to die total.
First one Ive killed in a while. Thankful for a fine buck and some great eats in the freezer!

Oh I would be very happy wit that little blacktail. Sadly there was a little spike b/t wasted on the Highway just above Abbotsford this morning. Hard to find these little creatures and it makes me sad when I see them lying on the highways.
You got a scrappy one there with that broken tine - I love those character beauty marks on animals. Beasts.
