    Latest Trail Cam Picts

Here is some of my latest picts. I had the camera out for about a month and had a few lame picts of moose. This is what I have had in the last week and a half. The animals have really been moving lately, could have some thing to do with all the friggin rain we have had. Since July 01, we have had 16 days with out rain, thats not sunny days, just days with out rain.

***Maybe the Mods can make these trail cam picts a sticky???. Then we can add to them as we like and maybe even vote on the best one at the end of the year???***

Anyways here is the latest and greatest.

    An up and comer...

Here he is at a side post, looks like a 4 or 5 point

Here is some ladies on the move

Here is, I believe, the same bull following them a couple of minutes later. I believe he thinks he is in love....

Here is a picture of a cow moose, up close and really personal

I have another one of her and her calf, but it it not very clear. I think she wiped off some of the rain on the lens

The Rocky Mountains is the Marrow of the World
"Ain't this somethin'? I told my pap and mam I was going to be a mountain man; acted like they was gut-shot. "Make your life go here, son. Here's where the people is. Them mountains is for Indians and wild men." "Mother Gue", I says "the Rocky Mountains is the marrow of the world," and by God, I was right. Keep your nose in the wind and your eye along the skyline."

Hm, I see I'd mistakenly thought there arn't any elk around Fort St. James. I noticed there is a regular season in the area. Do you see many elk there or are they rarely seen?
