Closed due to impact on the Steelhead runs....... i wonder if this was driven by the fishermen who refuse to use a selective fishing method such as bar fishing or spoons to get the fish to "bite". I wonder if the beach seine Chum fishery just below the Harrison will continue?
I remember the god ol'days when fishing used to be relaxing!!!

Take your son to the Vedder and also make the pit stop at the hatchery and have a look ... pretty amazing !!! At least you can get him out there .... and don’t forget about a mountain drive for some grouse and even a possible blacktail.

Buddy was out today fishing the Harrison, launched at island 22 and said there was lots of netting being done on the Fraser today.
