What's you most and least favourite meat for eating

Just curious what everyone has for favourites - just the meat, not processed foods likes sausages.

I've had elk, moose, white tail, mulie, and blacktail.

The best meals I get come from blacktail back-straps but moose is a close second.

I guess from what I have eaten, elk is last for satisfying my taste.

Never had sheep or caribou - not sure if I should bother.

I've eaten white tail, mule deer, black tail, black bear elk and moose.

My favorite is black bear. Followed by elk then white tail and moose. Mule deer is my least favorite but that being said I still enjoy it much much more than pork/beef.

Seal was by far the nastiest stuff I've eaten. Rutted out mule/blacktail deer are for game banquet donations.

Elk--Bison--Moose--Cougar--Bear in that order, not a deer or caribou fan

I think any game meat that has been taken care of properly is excellent eating, mind you we got a mature/very old bull moose one time that had gristle 1/2in. thick on sirloin steaks. I was young and good teeth so it wasn't to bad. The best eating animal that I'v had in while was a young WT buck (small 4 pt.) before rut from Sask. during muzzle loader season, alfalfa and grain fed. The young and female seem to be the best eating of any species, but their not that impressive hanging on the wall.

Best = Mountain berry and grass fed Black bear.
Worst = Liver of any animal!!

Look around is there someone you can introduce to shooting because that’s the only way we will buck the anti gun trend sweeping Canada! "tigrr 2006"
