I put up my first cam this year, in 6-04. My first batch of 350 pics was 4 of a cow/calf pair, 346 of waving branches. Have not been back due to the fires, it did not burn but was surrounded. Curious to see what movement there was wih all the fires and suppresion activity.

Make sure you send all the wildlife activity photos to the FNs so they can see the fires didn’t kill everything!

I put my trail cams up 7 to 8 feet and 30 to 40 feet away from the salt station.

So I checked it after a week and there wasn’t a single animal on it. Moved it to a different spot that had lots of sign. Hopefully there will be something there when I go up next.
