Youth Hunting Question

I have been looking for an answer for this question with no luck so thought I would ask here. Can a youth hunter hunt under a youth licence and a full hunting licence at the same time if they complete the core exam? I haven't seen any reason they can't but may have overlooked something.

I was actually wondering the same as my daughter cut her tag already and was wondering if she could fill mine under a youth license.

Youth 10-18 can have a youth OR regular licence. The capital or indicates one or the other , not both

My boys youth licence was cancelled as soon as he received his full license, according to his profile on the gov website
